What is the Stargate Project?
Stargate is a joint venture by OpenAI and partners to build $500 billion worth of AI supercomputing infrastructure in the U.S. It's an ambitious initiative to accelerate AI development (especially towards AGI) by creating dedicated data centers and hardware for OpenAI. Our investment platform allows individuals and institutions to participate in this venture's growth and success.
Who can invest in Stargate?
Both institutional and retail investors worldwide are welcome. Whether you're a venture fund, a tech company, or an individual believer in AI, you can invest as long as you meet the minimum capital requirements for a given plan. What's the difference between Equity Shares and Revenue Share?
Equity Shares are ownership stakes, you buy shares in the Stargate venture itself. This has high potential upside (especially if Stargate goes public or achieves high profitability) but typically a longer-term horizon and no guaranteed returns. Revenue Share Plans, on the other hand, are more like a fixed-income investment – you're essentially lending to the project and receiving a contractually fixed return each month, with your principal repaid at the end of the term. Equity = high long-term growth potential, variable returns. Revenue Share = steady immediate returns, fixed term.
How do I receive payouts or sell my shares?
Revenue share payouts are deposited to your account balance monthly, you can withdraw them to your bank at any time or reinvest. For equity shares, since this is a pre-IPO/private venture, there isn't a public market to "sell" immediately. However, we may facilitate a bulletin board for interested buyers/sellers among Stargate investors, and of course if an IPO or acquisition occurs, equity holders would be able to convert to public shares or cash out accordingly. We encourage equity investors to consider it a long-term position. Our support team can provide guidance on any liquidity options as the project matures.

We provide regular updates through our platform's news section and email newsletters.
